What materials are used in Tunez Footwear?
We use premium, diabetic-friendly materials — including breathable mesh, lightweight EVA midsoles, and moisture-wicking linings. Every pair is built for comfort, durability, and performance, combining sustainable materials with orthopedic precision.
Where are your products manufactured?
As of today, we manufacture in China. We have plans to open a US factory in the next 24 months
When will I get my order?
For a US order, it takes 7-10 business days in most cases. There are longer times during the holiday season and for international orders.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return guarantee. If your Tunez shoes don’t fit quite right or aren’t what you expected, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund — as long as they’re unworn and in their original packaging. Our goal is to make sure every step you take with Tunez feels perfect.
Are Tunez shoes covered by insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare?
Not yet — but we’re actively working toward it. Tunez Footwear is in the process of pursuing clinical trials and certifications that will allow our shoes to qualify for coverage under Medicaid and Medicare. Our goal is to make our stylish, orthopedic footwear more accessible and affordable for everyone who needs them.
Can I use my custom orthotics with Tunez shoes?
Absolutely! Tunez shoes are designed with removable insoles, so you can use your own custom orthotics or inserts if you’d like. Even without swapping them out, our wide-fit design provides extra room and support — making them a great option for added comfort and improved foot alignment.
