14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are free of restocking fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Go to your profile orders screen to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging or tags.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a new purchase once your return is approved.
European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have 30 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
