Shipping policy
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Pre-order items are not currently in production. We begin processing and shipping all pre-orders once the requirements are complete.
Estimated Ship Date: Pre-orders are expected to ship once we have secured the funding or 300 orders, whichever comes first. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking) as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Payment & Fulfillment: We collect the full purchase price at checkout to secure your spot in the production run—no additional or recurring charges.
Cancellation & Changes: You may cancel or modify your pre-order up to 30 days after purchase date. After that window, all orders are locked in for production.
Returns: Pre-order items are covered by our standard 14-day return policy once you receive them.
Regular Order Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Regular (in-stock) orders are processed within 1–2 business days of your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–18 business days (customs delays possible)
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
- Returns: All in-stock items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery under our standard return policy.
