The T-Lo Tunez II is the all-black expression of Tunez’s orthopedic-inspired sneaker—built for work-to-weekend wear, daily walking, travel and extended time on your feet.

Important fit and sizing
Tunez recommends ordering one full size larger than your usual shoe size. The T-Lo construction has a snug fit, and Heeluxe testing of the T-Lo found that some participants experienced the tested size as short and tight around the toes. Unisex adult sizing is available from US 6 through 16. Review the Tunez size guide before ordering.
Podiatric guidance and independent testing
Tunez Footwear’s medical and product strategy is advised by Chief Medical Officer Melissa Perlman, DPM, a podiatrist with more than 25 years of experience.
The T-Lo design was independently evaluated by Heeluxe in an eight-person men’s size-9 walking study. It scored 5.0/7 for overall comfort, 5.1/7 for heel cushioning and 4.8/7 for forefoot cushioning—slightly above Heeluxe database averages of 4.9, 4.8 and 4.7. Is T-Lo a standardized wide-width shoe?
No. “Roomier” and “wide” describe the construction, not a standardized width designation.
Can I add my own orthotic or insole?
Insoles and orthotics vary in thickness and shape, so compatibility is not guaranteed. A prescribed device should be discussed with the clinician who provided it.
Is T-Lo APMA certified?
No. Tunez does not currently claim APMA certification.
